Econo Lodge Albuquerque Old Town

Excellent free hot breakfast! Good location on Route 66 and walk to Old Town. Good price too!

Location to attractions . Breakfast staff.

The hot tub was not hot. Staff was empathetic but didn’t fix it despite several complaints from multiple people. I have chronic health issues. Whirlpool is the first thing we sort for.

How quiet it was and the breakfast

The checkout time

Not much to write home about

The politeness of the front desk very rude shorts no help talk to manager on Thursday I'm waiting two weeks now for my deposit and I'm very disgruntled with them cuz no one has any answers and they are quick to charge you 14 days no refund

The best parts were the location and price

The only things they could improve on is to wipe down certain spots after the person or persons before had smoked in the room. The room was 95% clean. The bed sheets, room floor, and bathroom were nice and clean too. I'll be back.

The beds were very comfortable.

Bathroom light and fan switches weren't working right, when fan was working it made a lot of noise and sounded like it was gonna give out.

The breakfast was good.

The room was hot. Called the front desk to fix the a.c. He said he fixed it. Went out for a few hours and came back to the room being 79 degrees. Called the front desk again and he came and told me that that was the outside temperature. It was 91 degrees.

Easy and quick check in. I arrived early and the desk agent responded with a smile and a ?no problem?! Great experience and friendly staff!

The bed was very comfortable . Breakfast was very good and the pool was earm

One of the lamps was missing a bulb.

Location; friendly staff; price

Room not cleaned; hair in shower and food on floor

Great location walking distances to Old Town as well as many restaurants and other stores. The room was clean and spacious. There were lots of breakfast options. The staff was so kind to us and our kids! I would definitely stay there again!

The room was larger than expected. The bed was very comfortable and the office chair was amazing (broke in and so comfortable I wanted to sleep on ii). Location was good. Price is on point for this hotel.

The floors could use a little TLC. Maybe a good buffing and waxing. Especially in the bathroom.

Clean, pleasant, professional engaged staff.

Room was clean and food was very good.

The automatic lights in the bathroom.

There was a delightful older woman that was the morning cook and afternoon maid that was fantastic.

The room was dirty and the heater did not work properly.

The location is great. Old Town Albuquerque is beautiful & the hotel is close to everything.

The breakfast was not what I expected. The condiments were in large containers left out on the counter, which isn't safe. The mayonnaise & hardboiled eggs should be refrigerated. There could be a better variety of fruit & yogurt.

Great staff, great service, very clean, rooms with comfort after a long day of travel

It's location. The rooms present the bare minimum but they're clean and comfortable. The free breakfast is outstanding!

I stay at this motel about ten times every winter. I always reserve the same room well in advance. But when I get there, they don't have it for me.

Respect staff, easy check in, breakfast options

Noisy guests

The front desk agent took action to correct the problems with our room and was very patient to meet all of our requests. He was very helpful.

The refrigerator had been turned off and the water in the bottom had soured so bad it turned my stomach when I opened the refrigerator. Then we noticed the hardwood floors were horribly dirty. We wiped with water and the paper towel was black!
