Comfort Inn Albuquerque Airport

Property conditions, staff and very poor breakfast.

Proximity to the airport.

The pool and hot tub were not working which was why we chose this hotel, very frustrating. The hotel desperately needs an update—the pictures are deceptive. The rooms felt outdated and dirty—didn’t feel good staying here.

convent location near the ABQ AIRPORT. also free breakfast is mice.

The roller chair in my room fails to remain fully height extended, it keeps collapsing to it's bottom position, please replace asap.

Nothing like as advertised on website

No assistant from staff. Slippery bathtub. Staff not friendly or helpful. Homeless or vagrants on facility.

The breakfast was nice with coffee, biscuits, sausage, yogurt, fruit, waffles.

The breakfast was horrible, worst I have had in many years staying all over the country. Loud neighbors the hotel knew they had a loud party going on and didn?t stop it for over an hour when it was a few doors down from the front desk.

Comfortable beds and pillows

Things broken: ice machine, jacuzzi, cold water in the pool, room freezing, could not swim, breakfast juice machine broken. The man who checked us in was extremely unfriendly and when we complained about the pool and jacuzzi he threatened to kick us out.

Location, friendly staff. Otherwise, it's time to tear this place down and start over or charge significantly less than the surrounding hotels.

Room beat up, cleanliness, loose and broken fixtures, excessive noise from hotel breezeway doors and elevator in the first room, bed bugs in the 2nd room, a "shredded up" comforter, remotes didn't work right, drain plugs missing, pullout couch dirty etc

Only parking. Otherwise, NOTHING to recommend this place. Not a credit to Choice hotel chain, and influenced our decisions on where NOT to stay on remainder of our cross-country trip and in future. We will never willingly stay in another Comfort Inn.

The inside smelled AWFUL, carpets soiled, stained, very worn.

That they offered a full breakfast.

The biggest complaint is that the room next to us keep their TV on all night long, which prevented us to get any sleep at all.

The location was good for travel to and from my meeting. I did not have to bother with traffic. Also, the fitness center and pool were well maintained. I liked everything about the property.

Not sure how this hotel is rated 3 stars. This facility is in desperate need of a remodel. Everything is outdated. Be sure to pack a disinfectant before you check in. The bed skirt and drapes are brown and heavily stained and I found a cockroach

The room was disgusting to say the least!!!!! Blood on the chair. The rug has stains all over it, just filthy! I cannot believe this hotel is a five star, it is a 1 star.

Very quiet, staff was great and it met my needs

I liked nothing about the hotel. It was dirty and absolutely not 3* as advertised. Stayed there because it was close to airport and had shuttle service. The shuttle service doesnt start early.

Dirty, carpet stained, paint job awful. Nothing was nice about this hote.I would love to attach some pictures of my experience, but I see no place for this.
