Room was spacious and clean.

The bathroom was outdated and the shower and toilet didn't work. No hot water.

Convenient to airport. Free parking. Offers shuttle to lot to get shuttle for balloonfest. Bed and pillows very comfortable. Breakfast adequate.

Staff were less than inviting. No smiles, except for housekeeping and breakfast staff. The room was very comfortable, and the building was relatively quiet. We'll consider another stay.

Reception felt indifferent.

Great location & friendly staff

I did not like that there is a 100 holding fee, for the room and it was not returned to me until a week later..

This hotel was awesome. Our room was huge. We had a lot of room to spread our our stuff. Everything was clean. The breakfast was exceptional. The food was good with lots of selection. It was close to major highways so we could get to everywhere we wanted to be in Albuquerque really fast. The staff was super friendly and helpful upon arrival. We came for the Balloon Fiesta and nearby national parks and sites, and it was the perfect place to base ourselves for day trips and to crash at night.

Not much. This place was really good. Seeing that we stayed 4 nights with no incident, I would stay here again if needed.

This hotel was a perfect spot for our trip. We were able to see the hot air balloons from our room window and the parking lot. They offered breakfast early to accommodate those heading to the fiesta. The bed and pillows were very comfortable and breakfast had many options.

The water took forever to get hot and the pressure was so-so.

I checked in on Tuesday the 10th and the room were a little dark, and I didn't notice till the next morning, that bed sheets were blood stained, and not clean...I address the issue and even show the pictures on my phone to the lady at front desk and the only thing she did was telling the cleaning lady to be careful with that. She also mentions to me that if I was sure if it wasn't my blood...... not a very good experience, she never apologizes, and she just handed me a copy of my bill. I don't know if I will give you another opportunity for me to stay there, even its less than a mile from my office work.

Staff was very friendly. The room was comfortable and spacious. Breakfast was also great.
