Hampton Inn & Suites Albuquerque-Coors Road

Room was very dated but I the price. And with how outdated and needed repairs made it look less clean.

Close to Interstate.

Very cold room and the wall thermostat did not work. I could not get the room to warm up.

Need more security cameras for all parking lots. Inside hotel was old, weird colors, room needed maintenance. Worst Hampton have ever stayed in the 20 yrs.

Breakfast was excellent.

Yes, the 3rd floor smells like dog urine. Very strong scent and large bugs seen on the floor were not cleaned up after the next day. Makes you question how often they clean the floors.

Hotel was older but clean.

The location was not ideal, there were a lot of homeless people and drug dealers just before pulling into the hotel parking lot. We heard gun shots during the night, a lot of sirens and in the hotels parking lot a car alarm going off. Didn?t feel safe.

Someone stole our bikes from a locked bike rack on the car. Morning staff suggested they could have put the bikes in a back room. High crime area according to police.

the elevators didnt work and they didnt tell us before hand. the lock was broken on our door and there were gunshots outside.

The rooms and other areas of the hotel were clean.

This hotel is worn out. It is in need of room upgrades. Our toilet was about 12¿ high.The shower head was falling apart, the furniture was worn. & broken.. The breakfast was cold and not appealing! We were very disappointed. We do not recommend this.

The clean pool and hot tub. Good breakfast as well.

The room could use a up date the bathroom tiles was lose on the floor and the door was hard to open. But other then that everything was good.

The location was great but the room was extremely noisy.

It was very difficult to get it dark enough to sleep well. Plus it was very noisy.

Toilet was used shortly before we had came into the room and wasn¿t flushed, hotel didn¿t even accommodate with a room change or anything they said there wasn¿t any other rooms.

The suite was big and beautiful. Plenty of room for 3 adults not to be crowded.

THEY RAN OUT OF TEA BAGS!! There were only theee the first morning so my husband had 2 cups & I one. Made sure with the food lady there was no more. No one went the extra short mile to have some for the second morning! Hot tub need some umph.

Area did not feel safe. Many many homeless people wandering nearby. Your website made it seem like there was a whirlpool tub in the room. Definitely Was Not and the public one was in poor condition so we didn¿t use!

It was clean

Elevators did not work, we had to climb stairs to 4th floor with our baby, 2 boys and all the baggage.

Yes, furniture was torn. Ceiling was torn, sheet had a stain. I did not stay at the hotel and could not get a return!

The location, the homeless encampment,the shabbyness of the property AT THAT PRICE!

Broken handle & lock on bathroom door, food found on sofa bed sheets, hallway smell of mildew, pool area wasdiscusting and no clean towels and day front desk crew not very friendly.
