HORRIBLE experience. NOT AT ALL like the pics - doesn't even look like the same building AT all. Everything about this was false advertising. Bad/unavailable/CONDESCENDING staff, keys failed repeatedly, no lock on screen at room (UNSAFE), DISGUSTING

EVERYTHING was unclean - couldn't sleep in the bed, laid towels on top, NO clean shower, staff unavailable & too busy texting to be bothered w/key fails, VERY DIRTY lobby to bed to bathroom, NO breakfast, ZERO MATCH to pics or advertised "4 stars" - FAIL!

Sink was clogged couldn't take shower curtains were broken sun was in my face in the AM would not issue à refund the deposit is outrageous horrible place very old and smells bad

The lock remained broken, and staff did not fix it. Toilet was broken, tub rusty, and carpet was dirty

Everything. Very dirty. Spent 3 hours waiting on a room and to check in only to have multiple issues. Bug in room, air not working, key cards wouldn’t work

I didn't the staff was rude and the room smelled musty and it was not clean there was a stain on my pillow case and the dresser were broken doors

I didn't feel safe and the room smelled like musty the staff was rude the food at the breakfast tasted old. This was the worst experience and I didn't even stay but the 1 night I checked out the next day. Still waiting to refund my money .

Heater didn’t work, bathroom faucet leaking water, not clean at all.

Buffet breakfast was fantastic!

There was a reservation problem, and we weren't the only ones to experience the issue. We booked 2 rooms for 1 night. When we arrived, we were told they only had reservation for 1 room. The group next to us was having an argument on the same thing.

The remodel looked good.

The hotel was in the middle of being remodeled. There was no hot water in the shower which was reported and could not be fixed by maintenace who advised a plumber was fixed. The drain in the shower was clogged which maintenance was able to fix.

We liked that we weren’t one that got canceled due to no more rooms available

The brand new renovation shower leaked onto the floor, the new iron never heated up, the air conditioner made a horrible noise while it was on so we heard it all night.

Smelly, dirty floor, outlets didn't work, broken deck door, etc. etc. etc. Basically a filthy room.

It was conveniently located and it had breakfast.

The first room I was in the sliding door to the balcony you could not open easily it was very hard and then it got stuck I couldn't close it so maintenance couldn't fix it either I had to be moved to another room and in that room the TV didn't work

The room was filthy. There were roaches. The air conditioning was broke and didn’t work properly. The ice machine wasn’t working. The bathroom had not been cleaned.

staff was rude/ we called in advance if there was swimming pool and hot tub accsess, and ther was not

The breakfast was good. The items were different with self made pancakes.

The sign of. The entry door posted an opening tome o f 7:30am.When I went to the desk to inquire where the pool staff was shd said they don't open until 8:30 am. I advised the the posted signage is what prevails. The pool never opened 10am closed Maint.

I had to pay $25 to check in 1 hr early. The room had cockroaches.the tub hadn’t been clean in months it seems.the bathroom was disgusting could not sleep. I left at 4a.m. Room126

This hotel is listed as a 3.5. It’s not. It is very outdated and needs some serious renovations. No AC in halls and elevators. Walls and bathrooms need repairs

The breakfast was good.

We got to the hotel approximately 8:30 pm. We wanted to take a shower and watch TV. There was no hot water and the TV wasn't working and no phone in the bedroom. I went to the front desk to ask if we can move to another room. They said no.

The bed was clean and comfortable

Ceiling was crumbling in spots. Smelled. Needs major renovations

I really love the breakfast that they have available,

They closed the pool on the Sunday morning we were leaving. My daughter-in-law got up early with the kids to go get in the pool one more time and they wouldn't be opening it that day which is very disappointing

The closeness to my event

The paint was chipped on every wall and the bathroom door was old and dirty.
