I got a room on the 1st, floor. Smoking in the room.

A few roaches, no coffee pot, no clock radio, no phone, no continentel breakfast. Bathroom door cracked. No wash cloths. No soap. No trash cans. Holes in all walls needs paint. Lots of holes on bed. Someone died in room adjacent to mine

Staff was friendly

Old furniture setting in walk way bed sheet and blanket had holes ac didn't work well old ac units in breakfast area

The dirty and burnt bed sheets, broken furniture, trash everywhere

Yes made a complaint and they told the person who I complained about that I was in room 218 which he constantly kept beating on the walls and they did nothing to him

The rooms claimed to be non smoking smelled like smoke and there was ants in the room. The area was sketchy. They also refused to refund me even though we didn?t stay here.

The room was not the cleanest, there was no breakfast in the morning. The night doorman was rude and unprofessional. The people next door argued and fought the whole night. There was no one available to talk to so we could get sleep.

Did not stay...arrived at 11:00 pm and room was not ready. Said room was clean, went and looked and room was nasty!!!

Nothing good about this hotel

The hotel was totally torn. Water leaking problems in the bathroom sink. The whole room smelled bad. The ceiling on the bathroom was torn and cracked. The bed sheets was not clean and has many holes. In addition, they did not let us checkin after 3 pm.

Lots...wasn't clean, smelled, way over priced for the condition it was in! You should change your ratings!

Filthy, disgusting, not worth the money! I only stayed for 30min then left

The attendant was kind to us and made sure we had first floor accessible room

Room was listed as non-smoking but all of the bedding had cigarette burns. Security chain on door was broken.

When approached, had to wait because staff was on his phone. Noticed us and ignored. Very unhelpful. Marking this hotel off our list.

No toilet paper,one towel,no soap, torn bedsheet, dirty. Way over priced,

Check in was easy.

Domestic disturbance resulting in a murder in the room next door at 3:30 am.

The price

Rooms were unclean and sheets were stained. I did not feel safe due to people hanging around in the hallways and fighting in the parking lot. I had to leave and find another hotel,

Girl at front desk was so sweet and professional.

It's older but clean and not rundown.

Definitely outdated! Toilet seat looked like it came out of a dumpster! Beds very uncomfortable. There really isn't anything nice to say. Also someone stole the wiring harness from the car trailer we are pulling.

Pillows and bed

Breakfast was skimpy and shower was hard to adjust - mostly scalding hot.

Area felt safe. The room was very clean. Every staff member was friendly and helpful.

They check the rooms every 2days so you will have to go ask for clean towels if more than one person is on the room.

One of the worst experiences I've had at a hotel, too many to list and to top it off I was charged twice for the room 2 different charges 1 at $75 when it's $62. So credit card was charged twice at different charges for the same room.
