Econo Lodge Inn & Suites Albuquerque East I-40 Eubank Exit

Despicably dirty, BEDBUGS!!, worn out, smelled like cigarette smoke, window coverings didn't close, bathroom was microscopic, two people out front selling drugs, and another randomly screaming while looking at the cars in the parking lot.

Location and price

Room needed a lot of repairs especially the bathroom.

Charged me extra for my dog even though I prepaid. Breakfast not free, no utensils or any cooking eating things even though a kitchen.

Very quiet and clean

The metal frame around the entire bottom of the bed was so noisy getting in and out of bed it was annoying.

Comfortable beds and great shower. I appreciate the microwave refrigerator and coffee maker in-room.

There was mold in the bathroom ceiling no drain plug for bathtub moisture fan was very loud

No clock in the room. Very small room. Couldn't get luggage carrier into the room. Only one set of towels in the room.

It wasn't a suites hotel.... The sink didn't drain couldn't hang up my clothes rack was broken

we arrived at 10:15 pm.The front desk person was very rude and abrupt.acted like we were doing her a favor by staying there. we were on the 2nd floor(no elevator and had to haul our luggage upstairs).The carpets were filthy and towels were like rags.

Nothing!!!!!

Everything!!! Charged my credit card without my permission 3 times after checked in and had key to room and then called before i could even set my purse down to tell me to leave due to assumptions! Yelled at me and left me on the streets!!!

stairway carpet and room carpet are dirty and lot of black spots, room smell as a dogs house one experience we learn that never go to the hotel with pets friendly, the beds was all smell like.

The staff is very friendly and attentive, there is complementary breakfast every morning, TV and fridge and coffee in the room.

The beds could use an update, really the whole place could use and update, it is very old and almost everything in the hotel is old and a little run down. But otherwise a pleasant experience for a good cheap price.

Wasn't the room I reserved. Reserved smoking and was told they have no smoking rooms and a $100 charge if you smoke in any of the rooms. Wasn't the cleanest room,

It was too noisy. The people next door sounded like they were in our room. Bright light shining through the curtains. Breakfast was lacking. There was a waffle maker and spray but no waffles.
