Comfy beds, clean room, courteous staff

They are not overly professional, the furniture and rooms are run down, the breakfast offering got the job done. However, if you want an inexpensive place there is real value in booking this hotel.

Nothing really, the cost, for what you get, is appropriate. They do have an extra $6.85 daily charge that you only learn about when you try to check in. I asked is it a city tax? I did not get a clear response so I assume they have the right to this and they did it.

I like the location and price. I like the pool

There was a knocking that last 5 min every 30 minutes. I think it was the water pressure cuz everything the water or ppl flushed their toilet the knocking will start. The beds were old n the smell was bad.

The place look like a make over. The rooms are nice and clean. About 2 years ago the place was ran down. I couldn't believe how nice the rooms are. I will be definitely going back & the price is very good.

The sink pipe had a leak and water was on the floor. I told front desk and she said she will take care of it.

The property is very quiet and the beds are very comfortable. All front desk personal are nice and helpful the maids are on top of their job. Karina is great she is nice and is always smiling.

I was upset to find that the pool was closed ?

Room was nice and comfortable. In a convent location to get on and off the interstate.

Breakfast as not the best, needed more selections.

I like the location on how close it is too nearby businesses.

Hard to communicate with the staff due to language barrier, pool area not too clean nor sanitary. Hot tub was not working and was filthy. Room Service did not clean my room, when I asked the next day on why it wasn’t done I was told that I have to request it. I was only given two towels when asked for four they said they didn’t have any.

Love the location

Hot tub was not working. They had thick ice in the parking lot on the side where they seemed to put everyone and you had to walk across it to get from car to room. No security latch (one that flips over) on door - looked like it had been cut off. Metal frame sticking out from bottom of bed (I have a bruise on the top of my foot from hitting it).

Room was very clean...

I thought my room was paid in full... but on their reception area they have a sign for a seprate charge of $6.95 to have room cleaned. That is called deceptive trade practice where out of nowhere they add other fees upon arruval and you have no choice but

Room was very dirty and walls, furniture were stained. The room smelled heavily of smoke although it was supposed to be smoke free.

The cigarette smell was unbearable.
