The most comfortable mattress and pillows ever! Our room was so clean and the amenities unparalleled.

I like hot oatmeal for breakfast and friendly service!

This particular Hampton Inn did not have herbal tea, only caffeinated tea, which was a big bummer!

Easy to find. Clean inside and out. Staff friendly

It was very hot in the halls. Like hotter in the halls than outside which in turn caused the rooms to be hot.

Nothing. DON'T STAY IN ALBUQUERQUE, just keep going. Too much crime in this town! Stayed two times in the last two years and robbed both times.

We were robbed at the hotel, lost a LOT of items as we were moving cross country. Hotel staff did NOTHING to help. Didn't comp the room, didn't offer to help with police. Still waiting on their 'security' report from their private security company.

did not have a bathtub in my room, only a shower.

Brought my grandkids out to treat them out. After checking in I found out their pool was out of order and that I had to drive to another hotel to have my grandkids go swimming. I didn't get the room I requested for. So just checked out.

The guy at the front counter in the mornings was super friendly & helpful. I also liked how many restaurants were right next to us & how they give you a QR code whn you 1st get there that tells you which places deliver to the hotel, it was very helpful.

The only thing I didnt like was that our room window faced the wall of the building next door but it wasnt a big deal

When we booked our room, we booked a 2 bed, but when we got there, we had to use the futon for the second bed. They notified us until we got there.

My car was vandalized and computer went down for several hours as I was in the middle of working. Not good.

The location Not overloaded with toxic sprays and air fresheners. Housekeeping is outstanding!!! Lobby is always cleaned well by hotel employee in the morning. Breakfast in a box is better **New computer in Business Center is BIG improvement!

The beds destroy my back, way too soft Feather pillows irritate my eyes. Hotel employee at front desk is extremely rude and personalizes attacks against guests who are still paying her salary! Staff needs to remain neutral not judgemental.

My TV didn't work at all. The heater didn't work. The computer in their business center doesn't work. When I reported these problems GM sd I complain too much and shouldn't return.

Staff is peculiar, hot and cold. One in particular is downright vicious!

Housekeeping

COMPUTERS IN BUSINESS CENTER SUCK!! This has cost me time and money to not have normal functioning computers. There is also no scanner available in the hotel. FOR A HILTON PROPERTY?! Also landscapers trashed my car today blowing trash and hitting it.

The location and convenience. Also that they use Lysol for cleaning and not overwhelming Air fresheners in the room.

They used a stronger fabric softener on sheets/towels now that made my eyes break out which is the reason I needed to leave. Also their computers in business center suck and their unfriendly FOM darkens the whole place with her negative hostility.

Location is great. GM is fabulous!!! Very helpful, hands on and knowledgable. Rooms is a good size and convenient.

Front desk staff is rude and unfriendly. Actually hostile to guests.

Location is perfect, room was convenient. Hotel employee in morning front desk and night audit girls are fabulous! Will the GM is the BEST! Housekeepers are thorough and great! Laundry room is convenient

Take away breakfast needs improvement. Business center  computers are terrible and log off often.   the Front Desk manager is very unfriendly, creates hostile environment. Cleaning products in lobby are too strong. Alternate pillows to feather
