Location and plenty of close parking

The washer & dryer and ice machine were out of order. The pool was drained and used as a storage room. The room did not have a refrigerator. No information pamphlet for places of interest. The coffee pot was empty 2 mornings.

I didn't like anything.

You should warn people that this is a county welfare hotel. That's not what made it bad. It was run down and the police were called there several times in 2 days. Not to mention the roaches with the high price that was paid for the room. Should be ashamed

Everything was filthy cigarette burns on all the furniture.Mold in bathroom,Towels were thin and grey bedspread was torn all over.Lampshades had holes in them.Floor was dirty and had paint on it. Location was very shady we where warned by our Uber drive.

The guy at the counter was nice and the parking lot was well lit.

The area was shady. People walking around the area all night long. The bedding was not clean. The shower leaked all over the room. There was nothing where the peep hole should have been in the door. We ended up stuffing a paper towel in the space.

I really wish that the housekeeping staff would not knock on my door before checkout time.

We had to book at the last minute for an unexpected reason and with the balloon fiesta in full swing we were glad to get a room for 2 days close to Lovelace Womens Hospital. Since a fence was around the hotel and parking lot we did feel safe.

The room was not spotless, and smelled of heavy smoke. The sheets were clean, but the blanket and bed spread had burn marks on them.

very dirty and smelly. you should be ashamed to promote it on your website. There is no security in that hotel.

The Staff, Indoor pool was nice.

Room not stocked with the essentials (towels, TP, etc.). Non-Smoking rooms got filled with cigarette smoke from people smoking outside the doors. Cheap packaged pastries for the breakfast. Hot tub was cemented in. Furniture was falling apart.

The beds were comfortable and the room was clean. Parking lot was well-lit.

Deskclerk was pleasant & unhelpful; gave incorrect wi-fi info repeatedly. The low rating is mostly because individuals in the room next to ours were loud all night long. They laughed and talked at high volume & drank much beer, with door open.

There was no coffee maker in room. The blankets had cigarette burn holes in it. Did not see any breakfast or place to have it. Television programing sucks. Room was clean and staff nice.

This was a miserable experience. From blood and urine stains on the comforter to the drink spilled on the wall, this was awful.

The room they tried to put us in was on the second level. We requested a room on the bottom level due to handicap needs,

They had ppl arguing around 1:00 am and the manager finally went to tell them there was other ppl staying there. A few min after he walked away they began arguing again. So there wasn’t anything to like about the property

Drug dealers. Prostitution, room smell like smoke

No, inside bolt on the door. Felt unsafe

Absolutly nothing

The beds had satins of blood and white substance, there was pee on the floor, busted lamp shades, graffiti on the head board, an unknown object in the refrigerator wrapped in a towel, and used needles out side the room

Bed was decent

Location scary. Bad neighborhood. Dead bolt broken on door inside. Vending machine in lobby out of almost everything.
