Home 2 Suites by Hilton Albuquerque / Downtown - University

Best hotel we stayed in the entire trip. Clean, spacious, comfortable beds, etc

The room was nice.

Our luggage got stolen out of the truck. There are a lot of people walking around there that we didn?t see when we pulled in

It was perfect for us. Traveling cross country and this was a great location to stop for the night.

Pillows were the only complaint if I had to complain about something.

Ease of access from all locations was great, surrounding area wasnt great. Nothing to do within walking distance of hotel.

Staff wasn't very helpful, and rude. Shower door would close, stuck in the middle. Shower had luke warm water when turned all the way to hot. Notified staff and was told it "wasn't their problem"

Rooms was super big

Breakfast could have been a little better was the same thing every day would have like some scrabmble eggs and just sausage

The room was very roomy and the mini kitchen was a plus!

The pillows were not very comfortable.

Great rooms for multi-day stay with kids/family. Indoor pool and breakfast were also fantastic perks.

More healthy options at breakfast might be nice, but that's just me being nitpicky. Overall no real issues at all.

It was dirty. Attempting to renovate them selves was sad. No hot water. Would had forfeited payment if there was any other place to stay. Again Dirty

Great location. Friendly staff, Nice hot breakfast.

Great staff and accommodations. Easy access to surrounding area and events.

My favorite part was the room was huge and clean also very peaceful atmosphere.

It was sparkling clean, all the staff was very nice and friendly. The breakfast was good. Very close to the interstate.

Everything was good. Staff was great. Especially front desk and breakfast server.  I did find a stray blonde hair on my bed and carpet under desk had a food stain but overalll- I’ve had a pleasant experience.

Wish trash pickup during multiple day stay was more efficient but during covid a few of the services were understandably suspended.

Very clean rooms, friendly staff, the fridge was bigger than expected. The shampoo was a good quality I didn't need to open mine. I like the fact that they offered breakfast and the staff served it. You didn't have random guest touching everything.

The location was convenient for where we needed to be. We liked that they still offered a grab and go breakfast. Housekeeping is very friendly.

No attendant upon check in & waited 20 minutes, never received extra blanket requested, grab and go breakfast has no plastic utensils, pet friendly room has very high non refundable pet fee, outlet next to bed had no wiring inside.

The staff was awesome and worked with me and my friends and it is right in a prime location to go anywhere. I really loved my stay here.

Um just about the only thing I found disconcerting was when I came in I found what looked like a small little red spot on the comforter I don't know what it was it kinda looked like blood but I wasn't bleeding. Other than that it was a good stay.

SUPER CLEAN ! The white quilt was actually spotless. Updated, modern, great kitchenette, nice breakfast, friendly, accommodating staff. Free wifi, pet friendly, gym, washers/dryers, bbq area, pool.

The door of the hotel was locked when I got there little bit after midnight had to wait about 10 minutes till one of the staff opened the door to check me in .

Friendliness and helpfulness of staff; rooms were super nice

The deck around the swimming pool is extremely slippery.

Hotel itself was very clean and staff was welcoming and helpful. Would come back again!

Could have some more options for breakfast. Felt bathroom was a little too big. Could have added a bath tub or added more space in either bedroom or living area.
