The staff were very attentive. I'm disabled and I felt looked after. The valet parking was great. It made coming/going convenient. The staff for parking were great!

Limited menu at restaurant. There was a park across from the hotel that was pretty vacant in the morning when I walked my service dog but at night it was filled with homeless people and area got really sketchy.

I truly loved the ambiance and decor. The staff was absolutely amazing. The restaurant had amazing food & cocktails. Try the shashito peppers!

Only thing was no coffee in the rooms or hotel but there is an amazing coffee shop ( Java Joe’s) within a 5 minute walk.

Mattress too soft and saggy, NO coffee in rooms and must buy at restaurant only when open at 7am, and noisy area especially at night.

Very clean. Bed comfortable. Food within walking distance. Bar on site.

Valet parking. No coffee maker in room or available in hotel until 7.

The surprises I got! The $25+ fee to valet park your car- or compete for a parking space with the El Rey and Kimo theaters by trying to park your car for free across the street. If I were seeing a show at one of those theaters, this place would be great.

I didn't end up staying there and they have not refunded me. BEWARE-They weren't clear about the parking fee. It was late & I didn't want to park downtown in an area notorious for vehicle theft & swarming with cops.

The location of the hotel is convenient and the restaurant is solid.

Paying $25/day to park in the gated area plus taxes, fees and tip is excessive. The room isn?t cleaned during the stay. There?s an envelope asking for a tip for housekeeping; however, we made the mistake of looking under the bed. Nasty!
