Security knocked at my room door at1am saying some one reported our noise which we were asleep and again at 4am which we were asleep

There was nothing to like. The hotel was overbooked so I was forced to sleep on the street.

Booked 5 months in advance only to arrive and find out the hotel was overbooked

Poor customer service, they are very rude front desk,. No towels, wash clothes. You pay for toilet paper, for coffee you can't use your own cup, heating/cooling system don't work properly, rooms are very nasty, very small refrigerator not enough room. Alot of homeless people roaming on compound, very unsafe

We didn’t get the stay for accommodation. They said that rooms were not available during check-in even after the payment. We need assistance with respect to this issue

The room was nice and quiet.

No wifi..Was given 3 different password, none of it worked..

I will never stay there again.

Crack head and prostitutes walking in the parking lot.Not a safe environment. It had roaches we never got our towels we had to buy them from Walmart.No curtain look like shower curtains have to give us a sheet to hang up. We came down for the balloon festival that’s stayed there October 3 through 5th 2025. I will never stay there again. The guy had the counter had the nerve to go check our room so we can get our hundred dollar deposit back to make sure we didn’t damage the room. The room was already messed up when we got it Pure trash you get what you pay for it’s truly over priced. They need to tear that building down. It is very scary not sanitize.

Wish I could tell you if I liked it.or not I had 2 rooms booked and arrived to no room and a city with no hotels all fully booked so my family of 6 slept in the car because of eith the hotel.or booking.com. which booking wont speak to me expect to off $53;back and I paid 93 I didnt cancel the rooms so I want my full refund and bookingCom.needs to.do better

The nastiest rooms I’ve ever seen and needs to be completely renovated or shut down.

The rooms were absolutely disgusting and poorly maintained. It was a bad area. Dirty and outdated. Smelled like smoke. Cat food in the air conditioner unit. Doors were broken. Keys worked on other doors very unsafe! No towels. Dirty bathroom. Even feces on the toilet paper roll. They said they’re remodeling. Got room next door. No pillows or shower curtain dirty tub and no privacy curtains. And I was bit by mosquitoes. Low income housing more than a hotel. Just very very bad experience.

For being such a shady part of town they had security after dark.

Faciality was dirty pool was nasty full off slime and algae stayed for 9 days they reused to bring us clean towels and towelette paper wanted us to pay 2.00 for extra towelette paper.

I didn’t like it, it’s creepy, and so dirty. Our room was terrible, it was vandalized… we had to leave and get another hotel.. we can’t stay there with our daughters, it’s awful :(

The manager was wonderful and he went way beyond expectations to please us!

The property was clean but very old and NEEDS repair! The locks on my doors were very unstable which worried me! Made use of a plastic bag since there was no garbage can and I could not find a remote for the TV.
