Had a suite which was very nice! It was a plus having a restaurant in the hotel. Very clean and well maintained hotel!

Close to airport. Comfortable beds. Clean room. Free parking
Booking.com advertises free breakfast. It’s not free, but reasonably priced. Check in was a bit slower, and our desk clerk seemed uninterested and not very welcoming. We will likely try a different airport hotel on the way home.

Only plus is location indoor pool.Hotel is under construction I had selected a room with 2 queen beds none available. Towels and restroom filled with hairs. Shower is small. Did not meet expectation or quality for an IHG Hilton. Limited parking.

Friendly, kind, and helpful staff and location.
No free breakfast, even though its advertised online like that,no hot water to take shower=no showers,no clue hotel was in remodeling, loud slamming doors and could hear every step, run above us all night. We did not sleep. Ac/heater crappy, fridge noisy

I don't have anything positive to say about this hotel. It was the dirtiest, most unfriendly Holiday Inn I've ever experienced.
Just about everything. We were not greeted, unfriendly staff, central AC in main part of hotel seemed to be broken. Luckily, rooms were able to get cool. The room was so dirty. The floors and cushions on the seats were stained. The carpets were STICKY

Clean, quiet, great location near airport.
Some of the details were a bit sloppy: there was a splash of red paint across the electric plug in my room and the door handle had left a dent in the wall opposite.

It was a Nice hotel, beds were comfortable.
Pool & Jacuzzi were closed & nothing was said until checkin. This was one of the main reasons for booking room. It looked like it had a great pool & we looked forward to swimming!
