False advertisement about a pool did not stay here. The Guy at the front desk was so rude. After I asked him why they’re promoting a pool and they don’t have one.

Clean & comfortable room. Just right for our needs. . Excellent shower pressure & perfectly hot water. Very nice receptionist with good restaurant suggestions.

The free breakfast ?not so much. Nothing appealing. I?m not good at sharing open jelly jars with the knives sitting in them. Also, not far from our door was a broken down, beat up garbage can overflowing with trash & smelling bad.

Dirty, my wife has allergies, they were going off in this hotel. We left shorlty after arriving.

It was big and clean.

The gentleman at the front desk was not very friendly while we checked in. We had to wake up the person in the morning so they could get breakfast ready. The hotel is off the highway and hard to find.

The area of the hotel was sketchy. The breakfast area was extremely messy. Look like they hadnt cleaned it for weeks. Did not like the area. Did not feel safe.

Strong cleaning chemical odors upon arrival. Broken cabinetry. Small and thin bath towels. Several light fixtures lacking bulbs!

Really clean, beautiful room, waking distance to eat; court yard was clean. We stay in this city passing thru to Arizona; last 4 years we have had lots of homeless camps- there is street traffic but for us no big deal for us. Will stay here AGAIN!!

Staff was very friendly and welcoming. The location was excellent and close to everything. The place was super cute. Loved the theme, color of the building and outdoor rustic decor. The charger for electric cars was very convenient also.

Traffic outside was a little loud and trash smelled due to heat. Lid should be kept shut.

The location is NOT in Old Town, but rather in a residential neighborhood on the western outskirts.

Had table to work at. Nicely appointed. Good location. Great price.

Charming route 66 stay. Lovely family run business who works hard to provide clean, affordable lodgings.

The area is out of the way and sort of sketchy. Room was clean. Linens worn with a cpl of large burn holes. Breakfast room needed work. Fruit bruised. Some of the half & half spoiled.

The staff was the best part of the hotel.

There was a hairball in the sheets when we arrived. The breakfast was juice and a waffle. The phone in the room did not work. The rating does not match the establishment.

Location and price met our needs. The room was clean, bed comfortable, and heating/cooling adequate. The facility offered a great breakfast in a welcoming space.

Some failure of attention to detail. For example, only one cup in the room for morning coffee in a king sized room. The coffee maker leaked.

The room was fine, but the location was a little scary. There was loud car noises all day and night. The neighborhood was uncomfortable.
