    Pros +

    • It was close to downtown
    • You get a clean room in a good location for the money. Excellent staff, very helpful and courteous. I will likely stay here again next time I'm in Kirky
    • I thought it would be a good location, but it ended up being in a bad part of town.

    Cons -

    • Lots of burn marks on the bedsheets tables, counters
    • The shower doesn't get full blast when you pull up on the sliding mechanism on the tub spout. Not sure if it's the case or just my room (#110 I think) but much of the water still goes directly down the drain. Probably a simple fix but I forgot to mention
    • Just pulling up to the hotel was a horrible sight of dilapidated building and vagrants wandering around the area. The room was old and stunk. I did not stay. I canceled this hotel because it was so bad. Outrageous room rates on top of that!

They did not clean the room and blamed me for it not being done.

    Nothing really,

Hidden fees when you pick up keys, remote didn¿t work, as well as the keys sometimes and owner or manager treated us bad

I was turned away because my minior child did have a new Mexico state id. And the property refused to refund the amount paid.

    1MichellePosted on: 8-29-2020

Nothing, the staff was rude, they called the polish on an incident that didn’t happen and they kept our belongings! They charged us for damages although there was no evidence.

The staff were family members and I had to call the police to obtain our property they have!

The gentleman working the front desk.

Only electrical outlet was by the door. Made it difficult to charge phones/ devices while sleeping.

    Price and location

WiFi didn’t work. No conditioner. Not enough pillows. Cleaning fee unexpected.

    1LaceyPosted on: 6-18-2020

    Absolutely nothing.

I actually didn't get to stay there because of the EXTREMELY RUDE manager. He said that I couldn't have guests there with me although I booked it with 2 beds for a reason. Reason being I intended to have another person staying with me.

    2Verified Hotel GuestPosted on: 1-21-2020

didnt like the fact that one of the staff members turn off my heater while i step out came back to a cold room ... who does that

    8AshleyPosted on: 1-9-2020

the lady who checked us in was so sweet and inviting. we loved her. she was just the best. the lobby smelled like some delicious food too lol

the man working the next day was not so nice. he was rude about us getting breakfast&made us feel uncomfortable&feel like we couldn't get as much as we were getting which wasnt much at all 2 pc toast 2 mini cinnamon rolls&a bowl of cereal still hungry

    8Verified Hotel GuestPosted on: 8-31-2019

Newly remodeled bathroom and off-white colored towels were a welcome change from the ordinary.

Beware of scam? At check-in, clerk wrote down all info from my credit card onto a spare piece of paper, stating I would be double-charged if entered in computer. I demanded she shred that paper and follow standard security procedures. She complied.

    1DenisePosted on: 8-24-2019

    Bed and pillows were comfortable.

Room has a strong stench of BO. Towels also smelled. TV remote didn't work, even after new batteries and reprograming. Breakfast was sad. Tons of hidden costs. For final price of room could have stayed somewhere nicer.

    3Verified Hotel GuestPosted on: 6-25-2019

Staff was friendly and helpful. The location right off I-25 was very convenient.

Just needed a decent place to sleep. It was okay for that until there was a dead roach on the floor one morning when I woke up.

    3Verified Hotel GuestPosted on: 10-11-2018

Price and location were excellent. We had problems with the T.V., but the problem was promptly solved by a very polite young man. (new remote exchanged)

Cleanliness was in question. Sparkles on the carpet from a previous customer. The bathroom had ONE bar of soap and we were afraid to take a shower due to dirty tub.

    1VanesaPosted on: 3-19-2018

    Did not like anything!

The room had an Oder. It felt unsafe. It was not anything like I’m the picture. It gave a bad vibe. I had to rent another room and was unable to stay there. I wasted money for nothing.

    5GordonPosted on: 2-13-2018

    The price was reasonable.

The heater was very loud. The light by the bed did not work and there seemed to be a peculiar smell in the room

    2Verified Hotel GuestPosted on: 10-22-2016

It was located near to where I had to be.

Continental was a joke. One day they started it at 7, one day was 8, another it never happened. Hotel refused to give me a copy of the receipt as well. Not worth the money. Not a good place to stay.

    8Verified Hotel GuestPosted on: 3-14-2016

Staff was very nice to hold my luggage after checkout, filling the gap before my flight so I could tour the city.
