Very good location close to freeway

The staff was friendly and helpful. The accommodations were comfortable, even though there were some minor signs of aging; nothing major.The breakfast was a nice assortment, well laid out. All in all, a good value and pleasant stay.

The bed was amazing, very comfortable. Clean, quiet, good breakfast.
There were several homeless people wandering around the property, digging in the trash... made me a little nervous unloading my luggage.

The check-in staff was exceptional, very helpful and friendly. The beds were pretty hard but the pillows were good. The pet fee was reasonable. Location was good.
A lot of transient people roaming the parking lot. Carpet was very dirty.

The rooms were clean. The beds were comfortable and the AC worked well. The shower was spacious and the water pressure was great. There wasn't a hold/ deposit put on my credit card. I liked the pillows. The front desk staff was nice.
I booked 2 rooms for 4 adults and 4 kids. Both rooms were supposed to have microwaves and mini fridges one did and the other didn't. One room the TV work and the other didn't. At 8am the Direct TV stopped working. There wasn't enough shampoo, soap or towels for 4 people per room.

The room was clean and well stocked. The staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was nice and fresh.
The property was surrounded by homeless on the streets and on the front of the lobby. The city is not interested in public safety or tourism. I was awaken by noise several times and had to check the parking lot for trouble. I don't think that the hotel has any power to make it safer except to keep an armed guard on the property. The mayor and governor should be ashamed.
