Upon arrival, used the bathroom but it started to overflow. Switched rooms and the toilet overflowed the following day and water went all over the bathroom.

Plumbing issues

Close to everything & we really appreciate having the full-size fridge, microwave & 2 burner cook top so we don?t have to eat every meal out

Clean, with a good breakfast.

Room was a little small for 4 kids+2 adults.

The location was convenient. Friendly staff. comfy beds.

We only had one issue, our room had a weird stench, after searching the smell was coming from under the sink and what it seemed the trash bag from the can wasn't changed out. but other then that it was nice stay.

I booked room for pool and hot breakfast but only closed for repairs, and breakfast was take and ho.

Everything! The bed was great, the shower was AMAZING, the coffee was great! It was so perfect. It looked like a little mini house.

I was on the bottom floor, so i could hear everyone walkimg by or above me.

The pool the only reason we stay there

The room has stains on the carpet and walls. There key machine was dow and they had to open the door Avery time we wanted back in

Good location and room was comfortable. Staff were pleasant and seemed to care about customer service.

We stayed 7 nights and was only able to get maid service one time (due to covid??). Also the 2 computers in the business center were both down the entire time we were there. Free breakfast left a lot to be desired.

The room set up was the best. The studio portion was separated from the king bed providing lots of privacy for our family. We enjoyed our stay.

Everything was as advertised.

Very confusing. Staff gave conflicting information. No system for getting toiletries, towels, etc. replaced during our 5 day stay. Garbages not emptied until we called the front desk and were told to put it in the hall then it was promptly removed.

The front desk lady in the morning was nice but didn't add my discount for my room like she said she would.

Well were do I start the night managers need to go back to manager school they seemed more into eachother then the fact I had live electrical wires hanging from my room. Yes love electrical wires now to be straight I stayed in the room say my own risk.

The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The room was spacious and had everything we needed. The location was central to greater Albuquerque and to the Rio Rancho area. All in all I would probably stay here again.

The outside of the hotel was being worked on so it looked a little undone. Also the carpet in our room was VERY dirty and soiled. There was areas of large stains on the carpet that were quite noticeable. I took pictures to document in case charged.

Great quality for the price!

It was under construction, so I tripped over the carpet in the hallway. But that should be fixed soon. Also due to construction, the pool is closed until August 30 (of 2019). There was a sign saying you could inquire about alternate pool arrangements.

Room and breakfast were great.

Did not like to find out Hotel was under renovation.

Dirty, in poor repair, rode hard and put up wet.

The location

On the web site it dosen't say they are modeling and they no longer have a hot tub. That's why I booked my room there in the first place. I will no longer stay there on my trips to Albuquerque, NM.

Staff

Couch was stained. Price was a high. Over --- for 1 night seems pretty high.

Friendly staff

It is not a 4 star hotel. 3 at the most.disappointed at the rating. Will not stay here anymore and concern at your rating.

Close to the Highway and had free breakfast

first room we received wreaked of cigarette smoke. We requested a new room and the staff was very understanding and gave us a new room. The room was filthy. Found receipts from last customer, dirty carpets and had to clean air filter in tub.
