Convenient, clean

The TV was incredibly difficult to operate. Never could figure it out ridiculous! They either need step-by-step directions or an easier system.

Breakfast

Poor parking space availability, door wouldn't close in room, felt unsafe, outlets in bathroom did not work, AC wouldn't shut off because the thermostat didn't work. Very uncomfortable! Swimming pool advertised, but not available.

Breakfast was acceptable.

Maid did not clean my room during entire stay. Contracted athletes foot from the room. Often no one at front desk.

I liked the check in process as it was straightforward. Got our room key right away.

The hotel appears to be dirty because of the carpets in the hallways and the carpets in the room. The carpets have stains in the hallways.

The room was extremely loud above us. I contacted the front desk, and nothing was done about it.

The location was perfect for my meetings and my time in town, the woman working the front desk when I checked in was very kind and friendly. I also love the Holiday Inn Express breakfast. Hard to beat.

It was an older hotel, but still mostly clean. My shower was not cleaned at all and the shower pan was very dirty and stained. I could also tell they were adding water to the soaps and shampoos to stretch them out longer.

Really nice property, very clean, excellent staff. Worth the price.

The handicap bathroom was very spacious. Liked that I could roll the mechanical lift that I use to lift my boyfriend from his wheelchair under the bed all the way.

The swimming pool water looked dirty.

The staff member took awhile to bring towels, and blankets. She also did not explain where our room was. She just told us to read the card.

There isn't anything that stood out.

When I went into the fitness room it was dirty. No towels to use. They asked you to wipe off equipment but there were no wipes. So how was anyone going to do that. Everytime we got in the elevator it smelled like smoke. The cleaning left rags in the room.

It is getting run down, not very clean or at least appeared to not be very clean as the paint on the walls had stuff on it or was damaged. Not what I am used to staying at and the ratings were misleading.

The location of the hotel was perfect for my needs.

The elevator was broken so I had to use the stairs. I have a bad back and knee, so this was less than ideal. Also, there was mold on their shower curtain and the room was just average.

Staff was fantastic! Breakfast was better than I expected.

Absolutely filthy. I should have left when I saw how dirty the hotel and the room were. Nothing had been cleaned; stained carpet; bathroom door had been kicked in and was broken; sheets were stained; red substance on clock and walls. Unsafe neighborhood.

Convenient location close to I-20 and restaurants/breweries in walking distance.

Seemed a bit understaffed and breakfast area was cramped and food wasn't available at times. Had to ask for pool area towels multiple times as well. Loud children talking in the hallway after 11 PM was also disappointing.

Being right off the freeway

The room wasn¿t cleaned very well. The sheets on one bed had stains on them and they looked fresh so I had to request clean sheets. We asked for our room to serviced while we were out to three different people and it didn¿t get done.
