    Pros +

    • The room was clean and the hotel is beautifully decorated. They had a security guard present when we arrived in the afternoon, which helped ease my safety concerns listed below.
    • Convenient to get to University and downtown equally, comfortable, efficient, clean
    • The staff was friendly and very helpful. I felt welcomed from the time I walked in until I left 4 days later. Rooms were clean and had everything I needed.

    Cons -

    • We had no hot water for the 1st day, but it was fixed for the 2nd day. Also, the mini fridge wasn't really working. Everything was lukewarm. The hotel is located in a sketchy part of town, so safety is a concern.
    • Parking has issues- everything is so tight! but we get that this is a downtown hotel
    • Parking is a challenge but they have done what they could to help in that situation.

Free gated parking. The hotel was very clean. All staff were very kind.

The hotel is on a busy street. Might not be ideal for light sleepers.

    9Verified Hotel GuestPosted on: 3-28-2023

    Friendly, helpful staff

No extra towels even though we had a room with two queen beds. No blanket in room.

    5Verified Hotel GuestPosted on: 6-17-2022

    Clean and updated hotel

The bathrooms have a barn sliding door. It leaves a big gap that allows anyone else in the room to loom at you in the toilet. Mini is enclosed in a cabinet with no ventilation, you'll need to have the door open for fridge to work. Had unknown charges too

    7BrianPosted on: 2-27-2022

The staff was kind. I appreciated the minimum interaction from staff. Late check out.

Was not provided information re: restaurant, facilities, etc. The bed was not comfortable. The parking was a bit frustrating. It was unclear where parking was allowed.

the listing states there is a airport shuttle and this is not . the breakfast not so great.

    I liked it very well.

    Clean and comfortable

    Parking was not good

    8FredPosted on: 1-15-2026

Didn't have breakfast. Location was of primary concern. Liked security access to rooms.

Didn't realize was going to be charged for parking in an open lot without gated access.

Very close to college living and very convent for moving your new graduate out.

Not having the option of a continental breakfast, especially when you’re on the go that should also be an option.

    Very nice newer hotel

Only one elevator worked which was a bummer

    8SammyPosted on: 12-7-2025

Super clean, great location, wonderful room. So so desk clerk, security staff exceptional.

Up charge for parking and no breakfast included.

It was a quick check in which I love. Staff was friendly. The room was clean an comfortable.

I don't like the sliding doors to the restroom. Yeah it saves space but takes away a little bit of your privacy.

Rooms are nice and hotel staff was very friendly

Sketchy neighborhood with many homeless people. To keep them out, every door in the hotel needs to be unlocked with the keycard and there's security personal at the entrance. Breakfast selection is small and overpriced.

Clean, easy to locate and quiet.

    9LemuelPosted on: 8-24-2025

The short drive to the hospital.

The noise of the traffic from the street. The availability of parking. I had to find a parking spot away from the hotel.

    8EmilyPosted on: 6-22-2025

The room was very comfortable. Amenities were convenient.

There are multiple "business centers" but none of them work. Very frustrating.
