Couch was torn and filthy. One of the bathrooms did not have any hot water. The garbage disposal was loud like it had something stuck.

It was very spacious and clean. I loved the living room and kitchen area made us feel like we had a little apartment.

I like the space & the early check in.

The furniture was dirty & dated.

Customer service. They gave me a late checkout because I lost a contact lens. With the extra time, I found it! Thanks so much!

Breakfast and quiet environment.

The gym is very small, and online pictures are a misrepresentation of the space. It is also quite humid in the gym area.

Had a very nice room on the first floor. Only complaint is that there were no curtains to be pulled closed. It felt unsafe/ creepy that people could be looking in on me¿. No privacy

Did not hear much road noise from I 25.

A/C control closet in bed room very noise and made it hard 3 sleep.

Location is great!

The elevator was SLOW and the staff couldn't give instructions with TV remote. The room was not ready (still had dishes in the dishwasher) then a staff member opened the door without knocking.

Poor management, didn't know or was able to repair air conditioner. Toilet paper, coffee and sweetener was in short supply. Receptionist was not available to check us in on-time. It took time for receptionist a while to pick up phone calls.

The room didn't have pillows, bed sheets for the sofa bed.

The proximity to theater, restaurants and freeway.

The hide a bed us not sleep-able for my kid you could feel every spring in it. The hot tub was out of order.

Easy access off of the freeway with some restaurants nearby. Parking can be a little tough if they are full.

The overall cleanliness of the facility. The beds were very comfortable. The location was central to a variety of restaurants.

Older Residence Inn layout, almost the mirror image of the one I already reviewed in Fort Smith. Having the separate bedroom gives plenty of room to spread out.

Could use some refreshing and it was a little noisy. Oh and the washer didn't really wash my clothes thoroughly

Great amount of space, awesome breakfast, and helpful space as well in a safe area.

this hotel have one of the best breakfast I ever had. rooms are spacious and the kitchen is a extra, pool was closed due to season

the gym is small. weights are there but there is no space or benches to really do something

Fantastic staff, reception, and breakfast.
