    Pros +

    • The breakfast was very good with scrambled eggs, choice of meat and bagels, toast, waffles, yogurt and oatmeal. The lobby area was spacious with lots of outlets to plug in your laptop and accessories to conduct business or just charge up.
    • Very nice staff. Helpful.
    • It was clean and well maintained. Staff was very helpful and thoughtful.

    Cons -

    • The property is not located in Old Town which is about a mile away and not walkable. We were just passing through and needed to spend a night in Albuquerque so it was ok but I would have spent a little more to stay in Old Town area. It was ok.
    • Next day check clerk didn't know how to check us out. Young man helped her.
    • Breakfast oatmeal was lacking a little and expired milk in the little breakfast fridge.

    Dirty

Room smelled heavily of fried oil and was stuffy. I encountered and killed a cockroach on the carpet once I entered the room.

Spacious room, clean, but the best part was the friendly staff. A highlight: my family missed breakfast by 10 min and the woman working the front desk opened it back up for us.She said that no “babies should go hungry.” This made my day! So appreciative of her kindness.

Tub had trouble draining, beds weren’t as comfortable as I’d like.

it was easy to find, the beds were comfortable, and checkout wasn’t until noon. shower was also very good, and the room was very spacious. The hotel is near a public bus stop so it was pretty easy to take transit into downtown.

we got to breakfast around 9 and there wasn’t much left. We had to go to reception and alert them that the breakfast area needed servicing. The housekeepers came and knocked on the door multiple times early in the morning, waking us up. The location says “old town” but it feels more like sprawling suburbs and seems quite far from walkable/pedestrian areas.

This property was very clean, and the staff was very helpful and friendly. The room was amazing and exceeded our expectations!

When we first arrived there was an issue with our card, but it was resolved quickly. Our key card for our room also wouldn’t work for the pool, but we were let in and enjoyed a swim!

Room is big, having great facilities as a complete kitchen, really useful for long stays.Room has a dishwasher which is great extra.Cheep laundry machines, which can help you in case of long stays / emergency.Located in West area of Albuquerque which is quite and really good starting point for travel.

Variation in breakfast - seems low, everyday was same breakfast. A little issue for long stays.Room service is split in two ways - one time refresh, second time full clean, which is not as good as full clean both times

The pool was good, the room was spacious and having a full sized fridge in the room was a plus.

The breakfast was a major let down. My family and I expected a fulfilling breakfast but instead got no food left and nothing was being restocked.

Moving cross country alone and it was great to find a very clean and homey place to stay that was near the interstate. Wish I could have stayed longer!

This was a rip off!!! No water in the room @ @250.00 a night. The shower flooded into the bathroom every time we showered, so the flooring was coming up and the paint was bubbling on walls. The bed was horrible, i barely slept while I was there. I would have been better off at a cheap hotel. The pool was cloudy.

Everything!!!!Not a like any Marriott, I have stayed in, don't be fooled by the name!!!

Everything was new. Kitchenette with everything needed. Very comfortable bed. Clean and quiet. Fast internet. A lot of space (1 bedroom suite).

The first suite we got had some smell, but they gave us another one with no problem.
