The staff were friendly, the hotel was clean and felt safe and was updated.
Very clean, comfortable, and modern. IÂ¿ve stayed in a lot of hotels over the past few months, and they have had the most comfortable beds. I would definitely book here again. I was shocked it has only a 2 star rating.

If you get a room facing the street it got pretty loud at night
I woke up the first day after checkout to extra charges on my credit card that ended up stressing me out and affecting our vacation. Hotel manager said it was a mistake. My card got locked unnecessarily
The shower needed a bit of attention around the bottom, the shower head was a pain.

Clean and attractive room

No breakfast whatsover, except for coffee, though advertised. Staff said food packages did not arrive, but I think they should've went out and bought food from a store or gave a $10 discount since they knew the customers expected breakfast.

Brand new hotel with nice design. Breakfast selection was okay but not overly impressive. Shower was great.

Location was a bit out of the way, but easy enough to access once you figured it out.

Decor is up to date. Room was clean and perfect. Huge upgraded tv. Love the extra USB ports for recharging devices. Movies and restaurants are nearby.

The only issue I had was the bed and sheets.. I woke up with a backache. Sheets are new and a bit itchy. Not a bad thing but I had trouble getting comfortable. Beside those issues I definitely stay again.

Best hotel I've stayed at! We planned this trip to Albuquerque a month ago, and this hotel had a great deal & great reviews, so we tried it, & we were wowed! My family and I would definitely stay here again.

The pool is a little small, but we didn't go to Albuquerque to swim, we had a great time in Albuquerque, and I highly recommend this hotel. On my next trip to Albuquerque, this is where we'll be staying.
