The property is great. Nice comfortable beds. Clean rooms. Very secure.
I was asked for a credit card “incase of damages” and started getting miscellaneous charges on it from the hotel after I left even though I had paid for everything in full when I arrived. Due to this, I won’t be staying here again.

The location was ideal and I really like the fact you can park your vehicle in the underground parking. My family and I enjoyed our stay.
The room was really dark and didn't have overhead lighting in the room

The breakfast and dining area were great, the food was delicious and the dining area was large unlike other hotels. The spacious rooms were great and there is a balcony area that has a great view.
I was not aware that this location was also annexed with the Ronald McDonald facility. The property charged parking fees for limited parking areas. This property didn't have the jacuzzi and pool that is normally offered by SpringHill Suites. The price was a little more than I expected with construction happening on site. There's is helicopter and ambulance noise through the stay because the Hotel is next door to the Hospital.

Location was great. Room and facilities nice and clean. Safe parking with security. Friendly staff, comfortable beds.
Lighting in rooms is quite dark and the AC is either freezing or too warm as the thermostat for measuring temperature is on the opposite side of the room.

Great location, very clean and comfortable room. The waffle in the breakfast was the best waffle I had to eat in my whole entire life!!! Sooo good.
I make a last minute booking reservation and the employee said that can takes til 2-3h to show in his system so he make us wait for so long.
