Pros +
- The hotel was nice and clean and had a full kitchenette. The price was decent and had a late check out time which I love.
- The kitchen is an attraction to my wife and I.
- Location to our destinations.
Cons -
- Apparently, the Hyatt House Hotel line makes extra revenue by charging for parking. Adding insult to injury they force you to use a parking third part App that reuqires you store a credit card. Will never stay at this hotel for this reason.
- The staff checking in was seemingly shy/antisocial. They didn?t tell us about the free breakfast or that we needed to pay for parking. Also I was paranoid in the room because there was a tile on the floor that seemed to have something going on beneath.
- The ice maker in the refrigerator/freezer never works. This is about my 4th room or more I rented from here and all the same issues with ice.
