I wasn’t given the room I reserved and paid for and there was no water flow in the bathroom or sink

Staff were great. Everyone very friendly. The breakfast was good. Best thing about it was there were 3 waffle stations. So no long lines waiting for waffles. Right next door to a shopping mall with TONS of places to eat. ASK HOW TO GET THERE first

Cleanliness and access to local amenities.

Can easily be missed from the highway, pay careful attention to maps as road signs are poorly identifiable.

Bed was not that comfortable..but room was lovely!! Staff awesome!!

It was perfect, spacious, clean and in a good location. Breakfast was good.

Room size and decor.

Breakfast. We did not have bar soap in our room; so we asked at the front desk who promised to bring a soap to our room. It never showed up.

The location was convenient

I stay at this location about once a week for work. The usual front desk ladies are great, especially Hotel employee, She was always helpful and polite. The guy who was working the desk on 7/7/24 was not that. Didn't say Hi/Goodbye after checking me in. Strange..

Price and the location of our planned event and other destinations

Free breakfast, making own waffle takes time for people, long line and could have been prepared already ready for pickup. Receptionist lady with nice jewelry ensemble seemed rude in the morning . NO SPOON for sold ice cream but one cleaning lady got it.

Had microwave, stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, coffee maker, glass plates, glasses and cups, silverware, pots and pans even though we did no cooking, it was available. There was a sleeper sofa and pull curtain between bed. Heat and air worked.

Ice maker was out of order on the 2nd floor. Had to go to 1st floor. Couldn¿t get room clean unless requested. Didn¿t have towels and wash cloths one night because attendant said he hadn¿t had a chance to do laundry. Gave us a couple of pool towels.

Hotel employee is very accommodating every time I come with my wife here. Very clean, quiet and comfy.

New, clean, friendly, and spacious. Breakfast is available. Located at major intersection I80, RT46, and RT23 with lots of food options nearby. Just across for the Willowbrook Mall.

The staff were so nice and helpful, check in was very fast . No issues getting to my room . The room was very neat and clean . The pool area was clean with towels if needed . Breakfast in the morning was great . I really enjoyed myself

The cleanliness and very accommodating

This was the 3rd time in 3 month i have reserved a room at this hotel..this time the whole reason why me and my family went was for the pool but unfortunately the pool was closed for the week due to maintenance..i also paid the same price as other times

The staff was nice and the hotel was clean.

I did not like the location because we kept missing the hotel. I wish there were more selections of food to choose from. The options were very small.

I always stay here a few days when I come to NJ.i also only use this Hilton chain when traveling......

Rude early check in denied. Told no and hung up on. our room was dirty. The blind broken,hair on the bathroom shower and floo 2nights in a row you had teenagers running through 4th fl making noise and smoking weed. Late check out denied. Won't be bk

Staff were very friendly and room was a nice size and clean. Breakfast was adequate. Business amenities were helpful.

They claim that there is a shuttle but there was no driver for my entire stay so did not have this available which was a bit of an inconvenience as I was counting on it. The location is not really in walking-distance of anything.

Absolutely nothing, the linen was dirty there wasn¿t enuff towels or wash clothes for the guest!! And the workers are racist

Linen had stains on it the staff is also racist As well as I was double charged for one room and my bank account is in the negative because of this

The room and location are great.

The pool was very cold so we did not use it. This would be a definite deal breaker for future bookings.

Everything as expected, not luxurious, but has all what you need

The room and the rate! Had 2 queen beds, kitchen and a pull out. Breakfast had a good variety z. They were careful about COVID protocols which is nice to still see.

The pool needs to be warmer. Was really cold. Good for young kids but we prefer warmer. Did request it but it was still really cold.
