Loud upstairs guests..Stomping on floor til 12am

Cleanliness

Tv was not a smart tv, Restroom door wasn’t closing properly. Someone needs power to push the door to close.

The price and the fact that the rooms were clean.

Paper thin ceiling and walls where you could hear neighing rooms’ restroom if someone was using it and stomping upstairs, and mechanical equipment (mini fridge and AC) were noisy.

Staff, meals and cleanliness

The ease to get there and the location in and around other areas in that area.

The run was not up to standard. Being given a room for disabled persons should've been mentioned at check in, as well as making sure the basic requirements for the room was made available.

1 set of towels no extra toilet paper. Had to request daily

My 4 year old grandson loved the fruit

YES! Waited 10 mins to check in due to a party they were having until 11pm outside my window of my room. Pool was so small not like pics online my 4yr old grandson couldn?t swim even at 10pm!!! Very rude worker next morning when I asked about coffee etc

Clean

Did not have air conditioning in the halls. The room door and bathroom door were very loud opening and closing. Drug on the floor.

i would not expect the people at the front desk to be sitting on the counters. i left my room at 9am and returned at 2:30 and my room was not yet cleaned. some of the employees are just there for a paycheck.

Very nice place. Clean, good amenities, good breakfast.

Free Breakfast

Staff was abrasive. Did not have the room I requested and although they did fix the problem, one staff member acted as if it was my fault

Clean and comfortable rooms, lobby, elevators, corridors, etc and super friendly staff.

The dining area was filled with flies during breakfast. The dining area is located at the main entrance so that make sense. The food was properly covered but we didn't want to eat in the dining area so we ate breakfast at the diner next door.

Location, cleanliness and room

The staff was not up to par. Not friendly, was annoyed when asked questions especially having children with me.

It had parking and being on the fist level.

The night agent, her demeanor and attitude was not good.

I needed a hotel room for a short stay. The hotel was located in a convenient location. The front desk staff were friendly.

The hotel room did not meet the standards for the price I paid. The shower door kept coming off the track. I did not receive housekeeping services as I requested.

Staying there was easy. The check in staff person was cordial, parking ample, room was roomy and clean AND the bed was comfortable. What was there not to love.

Very clean. Staff very helpful and friendly. The kids had a wonderful time in the pool.
