The location was optimal for my work needs.

The lady who manages the front desk, older Indian lady was incredibly rude and borderline disrespectful. I would not stay there again or advise anyone to stay there. She didn’t even want to give me towels because I didn’t let housekeeping clean my room.

So I stayed at this hotel three times, on the last stay I asked a simple question about guest being added and removed for access to the room, the front desk clerk was very rude and ignorant almost acting like I couldn’t ask question.

Low quality. Front staff was very rude Would not accommodate a cot in the room. Breakfast was very minimal. Ended up canceling a somewhere else.

I can't say enough about this establishment and the owners and staff...Owners are awsome people that care about their customers. House keepers keep your room spotless and up to par and at the front desk is awsome always with good attitude and energy

Owners were incredibly rude and not helpful, no breakfast was available, couldn't get water after breakfast was closed, they shut it off in the breakfast area.

The rooms were quite clean and well maintained. Staff was responsive and knowledgeable of local food options. The location was nice, right on Landis. Breakfast was light fare, but nice, and parking area was well lit and monitored.

Breakfast space was a little cramped, and hours were fine for business guests, but less helpful for visitors/vacationers. Room lacked plug/USB options for night stands, making overnight phone charging challenging.

Decent hotel for the price. Other sites have very negative reviews of the owner, but we treated her with respect and had absolutely no problems at all. I could see though if you have a bad attitude, she can give it back lol.

There is no communication with the management. I was on my way to the hotel when my parents called saying my aunt passed away and I had to turn round. They said management will look over the claim and no one got back to me. I spent $--- on this room.

Nothing¿an overpriced shack of a hotel.

This hotel is a slum hotel that was overpriced and did not meet any standard of its star rating. Black mold in the bathroom¿s tub and shower. The most uncomfortable beds and outdated furniture for 2023. They wanted to charge us for asking for extra towe

It was close to our son whom we came to visit.

The staff/owners are extremely rude. Poor customer service! BEWARE of 100 deposit, so if you don't have extra money then you have lost your non refundable booking. Advise against staying here. We will NEVER stay here again and warn everyone. Very upset!

nothing to take note regular hotel with subpar service.

I got charged extra for 25 min delay from check-out time and the weird part entire hotel was almost empty. we usually get a reminder 30 min before check out from the front desk in most hotels but the lady literally waited till 11, breakfast is really bad.

The room was exactly as described and clean. The front desk staff and housekeeping were very kind and polite. We will definitely use this hotel again as needed.

Nothing, the worse hotel i had ever being. I booked with breadfast included it. IT was no breadfast.

I got to the hotel friday about 11:20pm or so, they gave room 306 which sting, they gave me Room 207, small one. The Next day this lady call from front desk about 11:20 am that i was late for check out that i have 2 minutes to leave, i was with my 2 kids

Tiny rooms, no exceptions for 15 min early check in or out.

Everything. They didn't deliver and it wasn't worth the price. We paid double the price for basic amenities and poor customer service. It was a motel experience at hotel prices.

The rude lady at the front when I said there was a misunderstanding I thought they had breakfast she said you do not have to stay here
