The breakfast...bacon, omelets, oatmeal, waffles and French toast

The lady at the front desk when I checked in. was an exceptional warm and friendly person to greet me and tell me about the area.

Ice machine not working Pool was dirty and ice cold Toasters would not toast bagels

The staff at the front desk was very friendly. The hotel was very clean and the breakfast was delicious.

Location to the soccer field

Rudest with lots of attitude African American woman front desk not even a thank you when checking in. No plug charge my phone near my bed Mold bathroom shower Bed smelled Smoke smell first floor No towels at the pool which was gross and dirty

Asked for a king room. None was available on the floor with the other family members that we was with There were no carrier for us to take our bags to and from the room when we checked in and checked out. We had to carry our belongings in hand

Beds

Barking dogs. Insanely loud hallways. We left unable to sleep.

They posted me as a no show as I called and specifically said it would be the middle of the night, that?s why I scheduled 2 nights for a family emergency. Then the room we got smelled of bad body order and the pillows stunk. Not acceptable

Price and staff.

Hotel is old so although it is clean and neat, it?s still old. Also not enough staff to handle needs of guest.

Super clean, nice pool, breakfast was ample

The bathroom was a little cold,and a walk in shower would've been nice.

I thought they had a pool and I could use it at my convenience. I was waiting for my check-in. The front desk worker was wonderful so I could see the pool and everything she said closing time is now, but she still let me see the pool full of my overall

Clean room, excellent, and diverse food, magnificent environment. All someone can expect at this price.

The staff is very friendly and helpful. The breakfast is very good. The kitchen staff is excellent. She keeps everything very clean and well maintained.

The number of times your bed linen is changed and bathroom is cleaned if you stay for multiple nights . Dusty and dirty behind night stands (had to use electrical outlets) Sofa beds/ sofa needs updating. The hotel could use an update.

The location was good.

First off we booked this hotel for the hot tub. It wasn't working for weeks and no notification of this. We would of cancelled and booked elsewhere. The front desk didn't seem to care. The room decor was damaged and outdated.

The location is good, but the rooms are sizable and larger than their nearby competitors. The staff is super friendly and make you feel welcomed and at-home. Also has plenty of easily accessible parking which I love.

Clean. Location, price, staff helpful an d friendly

Smelled like Marijuana in the halls and in the room at times.. like it was coming from the air ducts. We had a 3 year old with us. Not appropriate.

Staff was very friendly and courteous. Room was as described and was clean.

The personal is nice and the breakfast is great

Swimming pool still not working

The friendly staff and cleanliness of the hotel, also the location was not too busy. Job well done.

The pool being closed off was a bummer but with everything going on we couldn¿t fault the hotel.
