Breakfast was terrible. Staff Unhelpful

Location, valet parking, simple breakfast, renovated spaces and guest room were awesome. I appreciate the upscaleness of this hotel. The amount of parking was good. The clientele was upper end.
The texting from the front desk was fine, but it seemed like the precheck was not synchronized with the phyiscal check-in, why should I scan my license ahead of time if they are just going to ask for it again upon check-in. BTW, this place really needs to invest $$ in their elevators... they are slow and 1 is (and has been for years) out of service.
