Location. It has an excellent choice of nearby restaurants.

The room smelled like humidity and there where silverfish insects in the carpet and counters. I felt so bad because I stood here a few years ago and it was not like this. Now it?s old and they have not kept up with the maintenance.

Pet fee of nonrefundable $159.94 when pet didn?t cause damage. On top of $100 protection deposit for each room for two rooms. Had to pay $--- just to get in the rooms after paying --- too book.

Towels not clean no soap in bathroom called room service and asked them to bring me something and they said they couldn’t and then went downstairs to get it and there was no one at the front desk......

The room was clean, updated, open & spacious! TBH the online pictures didn’t do it justice!

The attention to detail wasn't there, the rooms looked nice when we first walked in but on closer inspection it was dirty and beat up!

Not far from the bus stop, but would have been had it been raining. Regardless, the bus stop takes you straint into Manhattan so no real complaint.

Shower head not very good in shower. Shuttle service needs to run longer at night from train station to hotel.

The elevator was constantly breaking down. Lobby bathrooms were not maintained at all.

Close to NYC and good connectivity

The Air Conditioning system was not operational in my room and had to spend the night with a noisy fan. Fixtures were broken, overall a below average experience.

I loved the cleanliness I loved how modern it looked they felt homie and the people were polite I definitely we'll come again thank you

The only thing they need to improve is the water pressure for the shower and the hot water everything else it's immaculate thank you

The location was perfect if you're looking to stay outside of downtown NYC. It was very close to public transportation that takes you straight to Times Square. The price was very affordable for the star level.

The location of this hotel is ideal. It's next to an array of restaurants and shops. The hotel is brand new and the rooms are clean, large, and nicely designed.

My biggest complaint is housekeeping. It took them 1.5 hours to bring additional towels. After cleaning our room, they did not replace hand towels or leave an extra roll of toilet paper, so we ran out.
