Can't beat the location. Low price and last minute availability are good, but tell the story.

Sheets, bedding, bathroom old old 4 adults we had 2 towels needed to ask no ice machine people smoking by the pool while we where trying to enjoy a small vacation we needed to leave the smell of smoke blowing was awful 1 parking pass only for 2 drivers !

Dirty, old, wore down. There was a ceiling leak that started while I was out of the room. Staff attended to it beginning at 11 pm. Pretended to not be aware of this ongoing issue. It wasnt fixed. We got leaked on all night with no recourse.

Location and proximity to boardwalk

No water pressure. Fixtures broken. Bed frames broken. Tv barely worked.
