- Staff was very friendly and addressed issues immediately.
- The manager was exceptional went over and beyond in every situation was extremely friendly and made myself, and my fianc� feel right at home and went out of his way more than once on different occasions to accommodate us and he is really just the best.
- Location was perfect for us. Train station was 5 minutes away. I liked that they had a roof top bar. Sandwiches and wine selection was good but skip the dip - wasn't good at all. Hotel was nice and staff was very pleasant.
Cons -
- There was no continental breakfast. You had to go up to the 12th floor and order, presumably for a fee.
- Beds were horrible. Full size made it uncomfortable for us to sleep and we were there for 4 nights. Bathroom was not clean. I found hair all over. Too busy with our trip to get housekeeping back out. Hair was found in our beds too.
