Wonderful desk staff

The shower had no hot water and there seemed to be a drain issue

The cleanliness, new furniture, ambiance was great

The microwave didn’t work and the air conditioner was loud

Very friendly and clean. Convenient to highway

The parking was tight and the location very hard to enter off the highway. Other than that I would stay again

Size of room - big enough to fit a pack and play for baby Cleanliness - Fridge and Microwave were spotless

2 car chargers and both spots were taken by non electric vehicles. Would have been nice to have charged the car.

No towels provided until the next morning. It seems they are overbooking. Water pressure not strong enough. No boiled eggs in the breakfast. ¿

Loved loved loved the staff. They were all super accommodating. Super clean. Conveniently located to my specific needs. Stayed 3 nights. Will return monthly during my weekend off.

My phone wasn¿t working so I had to go downstairs twice 1) I waited 10min and no one was at the first desk and I left 2) went downstairs again because the room next door was being too loud

The location

I was doubled charged at check in, the heat in my room didn¿t work and I had to move to a new room, the shower faucet didn¿t turn completely off and the bathroom door had to be closed with force. The breakfast was terrible.

The location proved to be hazardous. From 46E bound one needs to cross the traffic from NJ Turnpike. Very dangerous just attempting to enter parking lot and exiting is only slightly less dangerous. Unless you are a highly experienced NJ driver...

The breakfast was the best part

The hotel was pretty gross. The room was clean but the pool was disgusting as well as bugs crawling all over windows in the lobby where the breakfast is served. I would not choose to stay here again.

The staff was amazing. We had a broken ac which leaked all over the suitcase. The washed the clothes and brought them back. They fixed the ac right away.

We only could get room service once in 5 days. We had to keep bringing our towels down to the desk and get garbage bags. I would have liked the room cleaned more.

The staff were very polite and helpful.

The location was very bad. I drove to the hotel. The hotel is placed right next to a very busy highway where cars drive at a very high speed. It was very hard to turn into the hotel from the highway or come out of the hotel into the highway.

The staff was amazing! Super accommodating! The breakfast was delicious and had plenty of variety.

I understand the hotel was undergoing construction so I really can¿t complain much. Other the smell I¿m the bathroom, it was sewage. Like I said though they were under construction.

Nothing met or exceeded expectations

TV and phone didn't work. No soap shampoo or toiletries. Blamed covid. Nonsense.
