- The location was very convenient to the Count Basie Center, restaurants, and stores.
- It was nice, clean, and comfortable. The staff was very warm and friendly.
- Its history and elegance are beyond measure, as well as the professionalism and curtesy of the staff
Cons -
- The room was very small and the configuration awkward. The location near the elevator and ice machine, as well as a very noisy heater and bright lights in the room made it uncomfortable. There was little hot water and not much water pressure. No coffee.
- Nothing worth mentioning.
- It was just a terrible experience from the damp, dark room to the common areas.You walked thru the back of the house to get to your room,just poorly maintained and very old rooms.Front desk was no help at all."no room change,no refund".We left.
