Bed sheets were horrible. Rough. Towels the same. Something you'd expect at a 2 star hotel. NO hot water in shower

Great view of the river. Location. Beds were comfortable.

The restaurant was a disorganized mess. It was embarrassing. Went there for breakfast, restaurant was empty and they still took a forever to get food, orders, were wrong and once the food came it was unappetizing, cold and bland.

No options to watch movies in room -such as Netflix or the like And tv in general was outdated

Good location. Nice atmosphere. Free Wifi - but they change passwords at 7:00am every day so a pain to get another one.

Hotel was half booked so a room with a view would have been better than looking out on the parking lot.

Staff was friendly and helpful, room was clean, checking in and out was a breeze.

The hotel had very nice views, friendly staff, and they acknowledged my wife's birthday with a complementary desert platter delivered to our room.

hotel is located in a great area. hotel is rated with 3 stars, but my experience exceeded this rating.

parking can get filled up quickly, but this isn't that big of a deal.

The property is very clean, the rooms are beautiful and the restaurant food is delicious. Kelsey, Zeir, Bridget and Peter went above and beyond to make our stay amazing! Can’t say enough about the customer service you will receive there!

clean room, some employees friendly, accommodating, and efficient (desk employees and the person seating people in the dining room the evening of 7-27) while others serving in the dining room ignored me, cleaning staff assigned to floor 5 during my stay 7-27 to 7-28 was very helpful

Wait staff in dining room not organized, neither seemed to know who should be waiting on me, I was ignored by one and one who did come didn't return, apetizer took an hour to come, I had to get a check from the host in order to leave. Apetizer good when it finally arrived wordlessly from a person not a server. I intended to have breakfast in the restaurant but given the bad experience at dinnertime, I opted for McDonald's. Price was not an issue--service was so bad that I would not return to the restaurant in the hotel.

There were plenty of pillows, the room was very spacious and the view was incredible. The Pearl restaurant was a great choice for dinner as the glazed fig chicken was out of this world!

Nothing to complain about.

The room is very outdated and the windows were so drafty, it seemed like they were left open.

Perfect location for seeing a show at the Count Basie Theatre complex. Great view of the waterfront and Navesink River. Cozy bar.
