I dont believe this hotel should be rated as 3 stars. It is very outdated and while the breakfast was complimentary, it was cold and should not have been.

The professionalism and friendly atmosphere of the staff. The lobby stairs and rooms were very clean.

Promotion says pet friendly. Made reservation, checked in, got to room, then we were asked to leave because we have pets.

there is a dim haze on the first floor - maybe from the lighting? doors to outside don't close and lock automatically, thin walls

Cleanliness and noise, as our room was positioned next to an exit, I was awakened out of my sleep 4-5 times by folks coming in and out. Hotel is old and dull looking and there was a smell as soon as you entered the space.

It's right off the highway but it's sinking into the ground. My room was on a slant. It was difficult to walk or stand up in the room.

It is on a slant. The actual room I was in was sloping. I couldn't stand or walk in the room without difficulty.

Outdated, no elevator, bed was not comfortable for 3 stars hotel. Room was dirty, dingy looking carpet, and the most annoying part was the floor near the door feels unlevel. I found a hat and a bottle of milk left in the fridge from former guest.

Two ice machines broken. Also the refrigerator was off completely so it was leaking water. Took some time also to regenerate to get cold drink a that i came with.

Room was as stated . Staff friendly and professional. Great breakfast

Older building with slanted floors - unusual but didn't affect my stay. Exterior security door functioned fine but interior ones between floors did not - could be pulled open by anyone

I booked this hotel for one of my salesmen, and it was an absolute horrible experience. The toilet wasn't working, and they switched his room, not once but 3 times. The room was dirty as well. Very unhappy overall.

It is conveniently located on Route 17 and close to where I needed to go.

The room had dirty disgusting seriously stained sheets on the bed when I walked into the room after checking in. It was beyond gross. I requested clean sheets, I made the bed myself and didn't let me change them all week fearing more stained sheets!
