- Very clean. Housekeeping came and cleaned up/made the beds during our stay. Close to beach and boardwalk. Staff was polite and helpful. Quiet area. No rowdiness or late night loud noise. Private beach was nice and very calm and quiet.

- Walls are a little thin. We could hear toilets flushing and talking but nothing crazy. TV was small and in a cabinet. Luckily we realized the cabinet doors slid in allowing everyone to view the TV. Internet wasn't great but it was free.
