The hotel was very clean and had a great beachy vibe to it. The close proximity to the beach was a nice bonus
Location was great walking distance to beach and boardwalk
Location since is very close to train station.

Cons -

Pool was closed for the entirety of our stay due to chemicals and nothing was offered to us for compensation
No coffee maker, empty air refreshner so room had a bad smell.
The motel is a bit dated. Could use a facelift.

The staff was pleasant and we received an upgraded room because our room had been mistakingly given to another family. Very clean. It was also very centrally located to the boardwalk and beach.
