Hampton Inn Paramus

We went out our second day around noon. When we got back in the evening, our room had not been done, and only then were we told we had to remove the Do Not Disturb sign by 11am. It was too late and we were too tired to wait for our room to be done then

The beds were extremely comfortable and the bathroom was immaculate.

The signage in the area could have been better, given all the construction and resulting detours.

Super clean and updated. Staff was extremely friendly and front desk recommended a fantastic restaurant right down the street.

Blind was torn. Window faced the highway and was near the elevator so was somewhat noisy

Hotel was clean. Hotel smelled Good, staff was kind. We had some fruits at breakfast.

I booked a room for a night and found bugs in my room I reached out the GM and still have not received a call

There was a dirty towel left on the sink in the bathroom when we entered.

Easy checkin, clean room and gym.

Gym tv was broken, extremely loud in the room as I could hear all of my neighbors around me.

Shower faucet did not work properly. Water kept shutting off or was either too hot or cold when it worked!

I've stayed at this hotel a number of times. The location is great, it's very clean, the staff is great and I feel very safe there.

The Hampton in Paramus is located conveniently off the highway. We have stayed at this facility more than once, the staff is always friendly, the rooms are CLEAN and the breakfast is very good. I think they actually have someone that cooks on site!

Hair was found on pillows and bed linens, which was very gross, had to go get fresh bedding to remake bed. I should be discounted for that. Television dud not work the whole time.
