Location directly on Rte 17 Norrth means coming and going involved a trip up rte 17, no local access aside from almoTV glitchy, only partly usable

I did not like the fact that there was cockroach es in both of the rooms we rented. The breakfast was not enough and horrible.

Location is good, right off the highway.

It is a decent hotel for the price, but could use some upgrades, and the breakfast wasn’t kept hot enough.

Breakfast was good. Staff was friendly.

The room itself had a lot of blemishes, stains on fixtures. Peeling wallpaper and paint. Air conditioner unit made alot of noise. Carpet was dirty.

Location and clean with a nice bed, comfortable pillows as well as a nice new bathroom.

Everything was just right.

The easy check in, friendly staff, the room was very clean and welcoming.

Hotel employee was great and assisted us with our room issue.

There was a weird smell in my room and when I called the front desk the man there was rude. However hotel employee was amazing and got us a new room as she was aware of the issues

The room door was inches off the ground. I could see people walking by. The walls in the bathroom and the bathroom door were damaged.

The location was good for where we had to go.

The bathrooom had a bad smell. Also, the rug felt sticky. The cleaning crew came in the room muh too early. We were sitting in the room while they did their job.

Cleanness, friendly staff and location. Their staff speaks spanish and I love it!

Coffee can be a little better

This little Comfort Inn is a jewel in Paramus, not far from NYC. For value, cleanliness, comfort and amenities it can't be beaten. When we come to NY, we choose to stay here and fight the GW Bridge crossing ...it's worth it. Even good breakfast.

The Rt 17 and Rt 4 coordinates a little hard to navigate some time, but still worth it.

Many great qualities: price, location, staff, cleanliness, efficiency,coffee, hot water availability 24 hours; healthy breakfast. GOOD MATTRESSES.For the value for cost, cannot do.much better.

This is insignificant in comparison to the many good qualities.There was no dresser for clothes which might have been incidental to our room. No in room microwave, but one available in dining area. VERY minor issues compared to quality.

I appreciated the night staff very much. Our room was very warm and the AC unit made a terrible high pitched noise when we turned it on and the man at the desk was very quick to switch our room for us and we enjoyed a good night sleep with a quiet AC unit

All staff members were polite. Nice clean and comfortable rooms. Breakfast was nice and hot, fresh everyday.

The printer in the computer room was not working.

The rooms are really nice and clean, Everything is updated. The hotel is located around a lot of eateries.

The Doors to the rooms close really hard, They slam close. I was awakened by slamming doors and noisy neighbors. Someone had a child that disturbed me my entire stay.

It was pleased right on the major roads to zero easy to get to the wedding that we came for. The room was spacious and the bed was comfortable.

The front desk staff was very short, not rude, just short, with how they talk to people. Also at 8:30 in the morning we already had someone trying to get into the room cause when we haven¿t even woken up, let alone check out

The Wi-Fi was horrible! I could not work from my room and had to use my cellular data. Also the dish tv system was weak, it shut down with a rain storm and even preformed slowly on multiple channels without a storm.
