Good value compared to other lodgings in central OC. The location can't be beat, at the end of Moorlyn Terr. halfway between Asbury commercial district and the Music Pier on the Boardwalk. Rooms are very spacious.
The facility is somewhat dated however it is well maintained and very clean.

Location is great. Parking is accessible.
Front desk clerk (daytime) was rude and unfriendly. The bathroom was not cleaned effectively and our toilet was troublesome.

Location and pool. Free parking ( costly nightly rate ), beach tags and small kitchen area.
Parking was tight, room was dark even with lights on. No wall switch to turn on and off light. Rugs snd furniture dated. Bathroom towels small. Electric outlets didn’t work. Cost of room per night was extremely expensive for condition of hotel.

The hotel was fantastic. The suite felt like I was at home. It was very clean. I highly recommend this place. I will definitely be returning. Only 2 blocks from the beach/boardwalk.

The room/suite was a hidden gem:king size bed, fully equipped kitchen, shower and tub and enough room to sleep 4 adults. Great location
