  • Super clean Front desk was great customer service

  • The hotel was very clean. That was the biggest thing preventing me from giving it less of a rating. Pool was too cold as it wasn't heated, front desk guy was rude, but manager was helpful.

  • Cleanliness, pricing, small rooms
  • Wrong room type even after showing receipt. Has an indoor pool you can't use because "the pool isn't heated just the room is". So the water was way too cold even for those of us from Wisconsin. Breakfast and wifi had to be paid for even as well.
