- Nice room- good price

- The hotel staff was very accommodating. Vending machines were not operational and they provided cold bottles of water. The availability of coffee and tea is very much appreciated.
Cons -
- the heater didn't work , even i informed at the front desk they didn't do anything. just say no other room available, and no technician available at night. it was difficult with kids.
- We had no hot water in the morning to shower. We had an event that day at 1PM. The women at the desk tried very hard to accommodate, but there were no other rooms to put us in. She guaranteed a full refund, but that hasn't happened after 12 days
- Pet fee was high
