- hotel said indoor pool the pool when we arrived the we were told that pool was permanently closed

- I didn't like how rude the front desk clerk was he is NOT a people person at all and I will NOT be booking again with this hotel!
- mentioning a pool and there is no indoor pool
- Staff were rude and unhelpful. We booked a room with two queen beds and were given a king with a sofa sleeper for four adults. Staff did not apologize and were very rude.
