I love the peace and quiet. The rooms overall are clean and or satisfactory.
I like the fact that it's fairly new extended stay and it still has the new appeal. I like the room and the cable TV service

Cons -

Noise
the front desk service needs immediate improvement. Excluding the personnel who traveled from Ct. front desk is unpleasant. choosing whom they would greet Sade in particular shows very little regard for her work. Never a positive experience with her.
I always feel like a bother to the front staff. They are generally rude and unpolite. With the exception of one of the new associates it's really a horrible experience dealing with the front staff. Usually room is clean this time it had a very bad odor.

Security system

Sink water comes very very slow, I complain 4 times no one comes to check because my reservation was not refundable, I don't have choice, Manager said it's control by city's we can't help you
