Boulevard Motel

Nice small family operated motel, very nice and helpful staff.

The room was so clean, we felt like we were staying at grandma's house. So the decorations are mid-80's...who cares? It's an economical room 10 minutes from the beach that was available last minute. We loved it!

The breakfast that was offered was simple Danish and Keurig Coffee under the tree out back. We found other breakfast food on our own. This is not a complaint...just stating what to expect.

Much cheaper and cleaner than others in the area.

it's a quaint little motel, tucked away at an actually major traffic route. found it last minute for friends traveling into area.was exceptionally clean room, a credit to the staff. and for the $, worked out rather well. 10 out'a 10! Thanks again

Clean, close to beach, quiet

Great little motel off the road to go to Ocean City. The room was small but well equipped, with a mini-fridge, microwave, and tub/shower combo. We also appreciated the parking spot right in front of our room. The staff was very nice and check in/out was a breeze. Overall, a nice and convenient place to stay!

Friendly staff, great quick easy coffee, pastry set up, cozy place, outside seating awesome, lovely place highly recommended, have rented there twice, once in June for four days with the kitchenette and just this past week in August smaller room for three days.

Just wish the AC weren’t so loud, when there on can’t hear the tv or the person in the next bed to talk.

A little older water dripped but no big deal room never was cold was a sleep only air conditioner filter needs cleaning it was hot so air wasn’t coming out

Good location but a little tricky getting in due to the traffic light right in front.

Water pressure in the shower could have been better and room could have used some drawers. Otherwise we were very happy!

It was in a quiet location. Very close to the beach without the chaos.

Beds weren't too bad, but could be improved with better mattresses.

WiFi didn’t work most of the time. Difficultly getting into the entrance, busy traffic road getting out no problem.

The rooms were clean and had both a fridge and a microwave. Since the weather was great, the hosts had coffee outside with some Little Debbie pastries for a quick breakfast. The host, Jennifer, was really nice and considerate, texted about arrival times and made sure we were happy with our stay.

We've stayed here quite a few times and we love it. It's clean, rooms are cute and comfortable and the owners/staff are friendly and helpful. Great location too!

Loved everything, but I have a small recommendation-would like a full length mirror in the room.

All the staff were kind and pleasant. Although the building was not brand new, it was clean and had everything you needed.

Newly remodeled rooms. Even though it was located on a busy street and next to the Parkway it was quite. We did not hear any road noise.

Convenient location right at the Parkway entrance/exit. Rooms are simple, clean and affordable. Staff is friendly and helpful. Doesn’t have a pool, but we’re down for the beach and boards. Coffee, tea and light goodies provided each morning under a shade tree. Works for us.

Location was the best . We were visiting family in the v 34th st area

The a/c unit was a little noisey

It's nice to patronize a family owned business. Staff was friendly and e-mailed us on our day of travel, so they were sure to be prepared for our arrival. Nice place for a budget stay.

In good condition. This is a well-maintained property. Quaint. Close to Ocean City.
