Had problems with lock on room door, also shower curtain was to small.

The staff was amazing.

My hotel room had a pungent smell of mildew and mold. The sheets were not cleaned, and the shower had black mold. We was there for 2 hours and left. We decided not to stay, because of the condition of the room and hotel. Will never visit again.

Nice room.

The breakfast provided was really sub-par. Food was not good. Offering of food was incomplete.

no recycling bins; clock in room not set ahead to Daylight Savings Time which started 3/10 2 wks prior to our visit; time setting feature was "staff only;"attending family funeral--had to rely on watch alarm to wake up.

The place was clean. Location is fine. Breafast is better than certain other hotels where i stayed.

I booked a suite but they gave a studio. When asked them to switch my room because i paid for a suite not a studio, they again put me in different studio not a suite. I was was not too happy.

My husband and I have been going there for years we love the location the staff is always nicer accommodating breakfast is good we love the king suite we will continue to go there

One thing that¿s been an issue was the fridge sometimes isn¿t cold

The pillows are horrible and will make your neck sore for days. I had to ask my family for multiple neck rubs

Good location. Front desk hospitality was outstanding, great hot breakfast with many choices and hospitable staff, ease of check-in and check-out, requests honored and delivered. Internet reception quick. Amenities for handicapped well done.

Furniture and carpeting needs deep cleaning. First impression stepping out of elevator - stained carpet.

Our room was setup nicely for a great night of sleep. It was quite and the bed was very comfortable. We both slept until the alarm went off.

The only thing that bothered us was a false fire alarm at breakfast. I saw this in other reviews and I was surprised that they haven't been able to correct this issue.

We were put on the first floor which helped us not have to navigate stairs or elevators. I like the handicap accessible bathroom with the roll-in shower.

Unfortunately, the room and furniture were dirty. There were no utensils available. (I had to go to the front desk for that). The sheet on the king sized bed was too small. Could not communicate with housekeeping since she only spoke Spanish.

Booked for 6 days.Come our 3rd day, no water in the hotel, no notice and did receive any assistance about the water problem.We need to transfer to another hotel.very disappointing
