Pros +

The room was clean. The neighborhood was safer than I expected. There were a lot of great restaurants nearby. It is very close to the ferry.

Cons -

It was advertised as having a private bathroom and it did not. No parking. Also, when you call the number listed for the property, the message says "this number does not accept calls." You can't speak to anyone about issues. They only communicate by text.
