It was a Near land train, and good location as regards touristing into New York.

They absolutely DO NOT communicate. I could not confirm nor did I even know where it was or how to get in
Lots of noise dirty dishes left in sink, shared accomadation could hear people walking upstairs, more of a hostel than a hotel or B and B also no breakfast included. Take your own towel as there wasn't any. Purely marketed and very basic no TV either.
